01

Clarify the objective

Ask: What does the audience need to understand, feel, or do after seeing this? Force a one-sentence answer before exploring layout.

02

Find the hierarchy

Ask AI to separate the content into primary message, supporting evidence, and optional detail. That hierarchy becomes the design blueprint.

03

Challenge assumptions

Ask what information could be removed without changing the core message. This often exposes clutter that has accumulated simply because it was already there.

04

Create alternatives

Ask for three different communication approaches rather than three visual styles. Different narratives produce more meaningful design exploration.
